Terms of sale & buyer license

Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases through SADAIAdvisor.com and checkout pages that link to them. The seller is Ezek Nacach, doing business as SADAIAdvisor (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 5425 Oberlin Dr., Ste 205, San Diego, CA 92121, USA. Questions about an order may be sent to support@sadaiadvisor.com.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Refunds & Digital Delivery Policy and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

What the products are

SADAIAdvisor products are self-guided digital educational resources for learning, practice, and planning. They are not certification, a professional license, individualized consulting, legal, privacy, security, regulatory, procurement, technical, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice for your situation.

We do not guarantee a job, client, income, promotion, savings, business result, technology outcome, suitability for a particular purpose, or any other result. You decide whether and how to use the resources in your own context and are responsible for obtaining qualified advice when your circumstances require it.

Orders, prices, and payment

The checkout shows the product, price, currency, taxes or fees collected at checkout, and any optional add-on before you place an order. Optional items are included only if you actively select them. You confirm that the purchase information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Checkout and payment are handled through Lemon Squeezy when our checkout is active. Lemon Squeezy’s checkout terms and payment processes also apply to the transaction. We may change future pricing, product availability, or promotional terms, but a later change will not alter the price accepted for an already completed order.

Your limited buyer license

When you buy a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use it for your own learning, internal practice, and professional development. Ownership of the resource remains with SADAIAdvisor.

You may create your own notes and materially adapted working outputs from the ideas and exercises. You may use those original, adapted outputs in your own internal work or client work if you do not present a SADAIAdvisor file, template, branding, or substantial portion of the original material as your own product.

Without our written permission, you may not resell, redistribute, share access to, publish, reproduce for commercial distribution, remove ownership notices from, or claim authorship of the original files or substantial portions of them. Do not share download links or buyer-only files with another person.

Responsible use

Do not upload confidential, personal, regulated, or proprietary information to an external AI tool unless you have authority to do so and appropriate review has taken place. When you use an exercise in a portfolio or presentation, identify it accurately as a practice scenario, public-source analysis, fictional illustration, or permissioned work. Do not represent an exercise as a client deployment or result that did not occur.

Availability, refunds, and mandatory rights

We aim to make the website, downloads, and delivery process reliable, but they may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable. The stated refund rules are available at Refunds & Digital Delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires a different result. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may improve, revise, retire, or correct future versions of our products and update these Terms. Unless expressly stated at purchase, your purchase is for the version described at the time of purchase and does not create an obligation to provide future additions or updates. The Terms in effect when you purchase generally apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
