Who is responsible
Ezek Nacach, doing business as SADAIAdvisor, is responsible for the personal-information practices described in this notice. Information we may receive
When the connected checkout is active, we may receive contact and order information such as your name, email address, product purchased, order number, payment status, and support messages. We do not intend to collect or store your full payment-card number. Payment information is processed through Lemon Squeezy’s checkout systems.
Our website host and checkout provider may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure their services, such as device, browser, IP address, logs, and essential cookies. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or confidential client information through ordinary email.
How we use information
We use this information to complete orders, deliver digital products, respond to support and refund requests, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain transaction records, meet tax or legal obligations, and operate and secure the website and delivery process.
If you separately choose to receive marketing emails in the future, we may use your contact information to send educational or product-update messages. Every commercial marketing email will include a working way to opt out. Transactional messages about an order, delivery, account, support, or refund may still be sent when necessary to complete or service a purchase.

SADAIAdvisor is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take steps required by applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small digital-product business and the information we handle. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain order and support information only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, records, legal or tax obligations, security, support, and dispute resolution.
